Cutting
Our patented technologies hold and center odd-shaped species to produce precise cuts that enable access to all meat. Adjust these cut patterns for various species and purposes to ensure proper yield.

Scoring
Like our cutting technologies, our patented scoring equipment makes use of consistent centering regardless of product size. We set our scores to retain full, intact meat from all portions of product.

Netting
Our patented automatic netting capabilities use roll-form netting for greater cost containment than cut-piece supplies. We simplify roll swap-out to keep production rolling and avoid downtime.

Weighing
Our weighing systems include inline options with clean-in-place designs and solutions that weigh binned products. Some systems directly integrate machine vision for quality control and rejection of product that fails QC.

Washing
Our systems provide inline high-pressure treatment to remove moss from raw or cooked product, as well as options that combine wash action with cutting for multi-phase treatment. Some systems include tamale recapture.

Inspection/Sorting
Our inspection and sorting solutions also handle breakdown and sizing with laned conveying. Some of our custom conveyors accommodate inspection and rejection systems, and provide separate lanes for inspection or grouping.

Material Handling
